New partnership between Trulia and CNN Money benefits you

 



Trulia announced a new partnership with CNNMoney to feature the Trulia real estate search and maps on CNNMoney’s “Best Places to Live” landing page , the most popular feature on the site.

This means that listings you have in the Keller Williams Listing System (KWLS) will be included on the CNN site search for one year – getting additional exposure and increased traffic.

Having your listings in the KWLS means they are not only marketed on Trulia, but also Cyberhomes.com, Google, Point2Homes and more!

The latest quarterly survey by the National Association of REALTORS® shows that home price trends are improving in metropolitan areas. But existing-home sales are below where they were a year ago in most states.

In the second quarter, NAR reported 97 of 149 metropolitan statistical areas showed year-over-year increases in median existing single-family home prices.

Total state existing-home sales are down 10.8 percent from a 6.63 million-unit pace in the second quarter of 2006.

The largest singe-family home price increases were seen in the Salt Lake City area, Binghamton, N.Y. and Salem, Ore. The best total sales performance on existing home sales were seen in: Wyoming, Iowa, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Indiana and Nebraska.

1. Use the “Forgot Your Password tool to request login information”

  • Click  “Forgot Your Password” tool underneath the login field
  • Provide your login name and/or email and your password will be sent to the address you have associated with your Web Office profile

   

 2. Contact your leadership for the login question or to reset your password

  • The MCA can navigate to “Members”, “Option”, “Change Password”
  • The password and login can be reset from this area

  3. Contact WebExOne Support to troubleshoot login issues

  • Your WebOffices are hosted by a company called WebExOne. WebExOne technical support can be reached at 888-579-0960 or support@WebExOne.com.
